Moctezuma's Mexican Restaurant & Tequila Bar

Honesty, this was just this side of a total disaster. They showed up to Cinco De Mayo with menu specials and no plan to execute. We placed an order online for pick up an hr in the future. Our order wasn’t ready so we waited...for an hr and a half before we left. There was no one taking names, no check in process, no signs telling us what to do, no answering machine on their phone line letting people know what to do. It was just a disaster!! There are people standing around in a gaggle, no order, no accountability, nowhere to park because people are overflowing into the parking lot. I’ve seen more efficiency out of the US government. We were really excited about this and felt very generous in our 1 hr pick up. I’m not even mad that they were behind! I’m upset that it’s 2020 and they can’t be any more efficient in their execution.

First time going here. I ordered a chicken enchilada and it was pretty good. The complementary salsa with chips was also very good. Service was great. We got in pretty quick since it was a Saturday afternoon, and not too late, which I have seen them her pretty busy. I will say that the environment is also very matching to the culture. Made me think of when I went to Cancun.
